Mr. Abhinav Sinha is a co-founder of Eko Financial Services, one of the fastest growing financial services start-ups in India. In his own admission, he is currently getting hands dirty in making things work at Eko. Over the past few years, he has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing the product and forging strategic partnerships. Abhinav started his career at Oracle in Hyderabad as an Application Engineer. Subsequently, he joined a startup, Six DEE Telecom Solutions as product manager for their Online Recharge Platform.

Abhinav graduated from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra in 2003 with a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Mr. Ajay Chaturvedi is a social entrepreneur and his areas of interest include innovation, especially cost effective and innovative solutions to address social needs, leadership issues and challenges for start ups, micro-finance models, and inclusive growth. He was selected as a Young Global Leader 2013 by the World Economic Forum, awarded CNN IBN Youth Icon / Young Indian Leader of the year 2011, nominated as one of the Amazing Global Indian by Times Now News 2012-13 and Yahoo Unsung Heroes 2012-13.

Mr. Chaturvedi is B.Tech from BITS Pilani and a Graduate in Management of Technology from the School of Engineering and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ajay Pal Yadav is the Milk-Man of Gurgaon. He is the Master Distributor for Amul in Gurgaon. In addition, he owns distribution of several other FMCG products.
Mr. Yadav is a serial entrepreneur and an expert in Dairy, Fruits and Vegetables retailing. At TES, he has mentored a few start-ups in B2B and B2C retailing of agr-products. His lecture sessions are always full-house due to his grounded practical insights and detailing.

He is an MBA in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA).

Mr. Ajay Trehan is a pioneer in modern background screening process outsourcing. He founded AuthBridge in 2005 and has built the company into a leading authority on background check management in India. Earlier, he had a distinguished career with ICI India where he held leadership positions in operations and sales. He also set up CORE BPO providing outsourcing services to the UK Real Estate Industry.

Ajay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. He is also a certified ISO 9000 auditor.

Amit is a Banking professional with more than a decade of experience in diverse roles and responsibilities across wholesale, institutional and retail banking space with strong origination and execution capabilities. He has worked with leading banking institutions of the country like ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Citi Corp, etc. He brings in the banker’s perspective to the budding entrepreneurs including the commercial and business side of the idea, funding options and challenges for a startup.

He is PGDBA from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI), Hyderabad.

He was the Co-founder of iXIGO, India’s No. 1 Travel search engine which got acquired by Make My Trip. Now, he is into his new venture other than wearing the hat of Angel Investor.

He specializes in Online Travel, Business Laws, Analytics, Airlines, Social Media, Web 2.0, Internet Marketing Technology and Entrepreneurship. Prior, Dharmendra had worked with companies like Perrot Systems and Service Corporation International (SCI).

He is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and an MBA with specialization in strategy from INSEAD.

In his present role he is responsible for leading Fidelity Worldwide Investment’s offshore operations in India and having oversight responsibility for Tunisia. In addition, he is also responsible for the development of the company’s strategy globally in a number of key business areas including developing strategy for Fidelity’s UK business and for global location selection & footprint development. Prior to his joining Fidelity Nitin was the Director of McKinsey Knowledge Center in India.

Mr. Parikh is a dynamic professional based in Greater Detroit, with over 29 years of experience in managing small to large Construction, Design-Build, and Engineering projects. In 1998, he joined Lakeshore Engineering Services as Chief Operating Officer, grew a small Environmental & Engineering Services company into a global Construction firm. Mr. Parikh is one of the founding members of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce – USA. He has been involved with various leading industry organizations like The Society of Military Engineers, Project Management Institute, and the Association of General Contractors. He participated in the Curriculum Review for MBA program at Oakland University, Michigan. He is a PMP from PMI, B. Tech (Civil) from SVNIT, Surat and Masters in Construction Management from SUNY, Buffalo, New York.

He is the founder of one of the most exciting brand activation venture which connects brands with people in a fun way via running. Rahul and his team make India run. Currently, more than 100,000 people are part of the Running and Living network.

“I started running at the age of 40 and ran my 1st marathon at 41, while posted in Chicago with Motorola. I got bitten by the running bug since and have run 37 marathons across several cities and continents.”

Prior to Running and Living, Rahul worked with blue-chips like Motorola, Nestle and Hindustan Lever doing Brand Management and General Marketing.

He is a graduate from St. Stephan’s College, Delhi and MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad.

Mr. Rohit Chaudhary is the co-founder of eTechies, organized computer hardware managed business service and LemonLearn, a learning solutions company focussed towards MSME sectors and managed business services. Mr. Chaudhary has exhibited streaks of entrepreneurship in his diverse roles over the years. His over 20 years of experience with Amul, Olam International, Wipro BPO, Quatrro BPO, Moser Baer and the formation of new BPO operations in India (erstwhile Spectramind and Quatrro BPO).

Tarun is the Founder of MagikIvy a toy solutions portal.

He brings the global experience of 13+ years during which he has worked with top-tier firms such as Wal-Mart, Booz & Company in the areas of management consulting, strategy and merchandising. Not the one to stay in the comfort zone for long, he is always on the lookout for new challenges and thrives in building up something from scratch.

Tarun joined Wal-Mart in September 2009 as Head of Strategy and was responsible for developing the 5 Year Plan and identifying strategic initiatives for rapid growth. He also frequently worked with the CEO and leadership to drive the CEO’s agenda. In May 2011, he switched over to Head of Merchandising Planning for General Merchandise. He has conceptualized and led the implementation of various initiatives to reduce working capital and built a best-in-class merchandising planning team from scratch.

Prior to his stint with Wal-Mart, Tarun worked at Booz & Company and was based out of London, United Kingdom. All his engagements were at the CXO levels in areas such as digital marketing strategy, operating model re-design, building business cases to support critical business initiatives.

He is an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

In his current avatar, he is a social entrepreneur working for urban poor in India. As the founder and coach at Aravali Scholars, he works with students from low-income neighborhoods, mentoring and providing academic resources to achieve their potential. Prabhat personally mentors these students in the two centers at Bijwasan, Delhi and Sikanderpur, Gurgaon in India.

Earlier, has co-founded Parsec Technologies, an enterprise communications venture, Parsec Loans – a home mortgage marketing company and Whowhere, Inc. a global people search portal. He also is a mentor and/or investor in several start-ups, most of which are in the social enterprise space. These include eGramServe, Beat of India, SmartRide, Micro Housing Finance Corporation, and Impact Carbocuts. Pure play ventures include Global Discovery Academy, Sunshine Cinemas, Parsec Telesystems and Marketintelligent. He has worked with HCL, Feedback Ventures and RP Punj group in his early career days.
